Yes. Every Hug Swaddle product is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, independently tested free of harmful substances. Our organic range is additionally GOTS certified.
What's the difference between your classic and organic muslin?
Both are OEKO-TEX® certified, breathable cotton muslin. The organic range is also GOTS certified — woven from certified organic cotton — making it our gentlest option for the most sensitive newborn skin.
How should I wash a muslin product?
Machine wash warm with similar colours and tumble dry low. Muslin becomes softer with every wash. Avoid fabric softeners to preserve breathability.
Where are Hug Swaddle products made?
In our own mill in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu — the same facility that supplies muslin to leading European baby brands. Our factory is SMETA 4-pillar audited and runs on 100% renewable energy on a net annual basis.
